Bitchiest Doctor Ever

Last week I was forced to visit a government clinic because I have finally received the following notification.

Do I even look army material? No. Plus I have joint and stomach issues so obviously I am not. I went to the clinic near Lake Garden called Klinik Kesihatan Tanglin for a check up so I can be excused from the army for the rest of my life. Got there at 9am and while waiting for the clinic to open, me and my mom chatted with an ex-principal who sat next to us. She was really nice.

The nurses in the clinic were all really nice and friendly. However when it came to the nurse and doctor from Room 8, not so much. The nurse practically yelled at me when I put my info form with a few missing details into the box. It was my first time there and I did not know what I had to do. So after filling everything in she called me into the room.

The doctor I saw was a Chinese lady doctor who looked pretty young. My guess is she just started working not long ago because she seemed so inexperienced. The first thing she had to comment on when I walked in was about my hair, "Wow your hair, so 'yeah' huh? Is that why you don't want to get into the army?" Bitch please, can you not read the letter from my knee surgeon about my health issue? It is NOT about my hair. When my mom explained to her about my knee issues she said "She's fine what, can walk, can wear high heel." Yes, she never pronounced the "S" and no, they were not heels, they were 2" wedges which do not effect my knees at all. When my mom asked her about this thing that showed up in my blood test she did not even bother to explain, all she said was "Oh, it's nothing." What the hell, I could be dying and you would not even know! Then my mom told her about how I have to continuously check up on my other knee since it is at risk of dislocating as well. She asked for the appointment card which did not write my next check up date and she was all "Then that means she doesn't need to go anymore". When we explained to her that the surgeon said to call again next time for the appointment she did not believe us. In the end she was forced to fill in the form to not let me go, she said "Since you have a letter I have no choice but to approve it". Why the heck was she so unwilling? She even said "If they call me up I can't help you, it is my first time dealing with someone who was unfit for the army". Seriously, Doc, you need to take the bitch medicine to calm the heck down and you should go back to medical school. Before I left she even said that I had a urine infection and told me to go take another urine test at another clinic. When my mom asked her if she could prescribe any medication she said no. Excuse me, is it not YOUR job as a DOCTOR to be sure of what I have and to treat me if there is something wrong with me? Your job requires you to deal with patients nicely and to treat them and you suck at those. Seriously, RESIGN.

Later in the evening after I submitted the doctor's form to the PLKN office, my mom brought me to another private clinic for another urine test. Turns out I was perfectly fine and healthy. When my mom told this doctor about what happened with the bitch doctor at the government clinic and how she refused to prescribe me anything, the doctor shook her head. See, that bitch is a friggin disgrace. I cannot be bothered with lodging a complaint, I am going to wait for that bitch to piss more people off until all that bad karma strikes her all at once.

Thinking back about that incident still makes my blood boil. I swear I am never going to a government medical center ever again.

Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens LIVE in Kuala Lumpur

Before I start off the post about the gig I would like to announce that the Cosplay Fight Video is FINALLY OUT! Here it is!

For first timers we all did pretty good I must say, although some parts were less than good. My favorite was the light saber scene and the dialogue between Yuki and Korra.

Moving on, the gig happened on the 17th February, the very same day as Paramore's 2nd LIVE in Kuala Lumpur. Coincidentally the venue for the gig, Stadium Chin Woo was right next to Stadium Negara where Paramore was playing. I decided not to catch Paramore this time due to several reasons. Mainly because their tickets were way overpriced and I have already watched them once back in 2010. Plus I am not a huge fan of their newer songs.

At 4pm my mom dropped me off at the slope leading up to the entrance. I met up with Kevin after two long years of not seeing each other while waiting for Reira. Turns out her first taxi driver dropped her off at Stadium Negara and she got lost while searching for the venue. We were anxious about the amount of people in the line so we decided to go up to the entrance to wait for her instead. After taking another taxi, she finally made it and we were together at last. Turns out there was no line and people were scattered around the parking lot.

At 6pm Kevin went off to meet up with his group of friends. Reira and I decided to crowd in front of the doors along with everyone else since it was already time for the doors to open. Unfortunately, the organizers told us to get back out and while backing out everyone was chanting "asshole" at them.

This was the crowd in front of me outside the entrance after backing out.

And this was the crowd behind me after backing out. After half an hour of waiting they decided to let us back in in front of the doors.

It took us a while there to finally get in. So while waiting I decided to take a few pictures.

That's the ticket in my hand in case you were wondering. The moment we passed through those doors we ran straight to the front while the first opening act, Massacre Conspiracy was playing.

They were pretty good. Up next was The Padangs, they were really good and they were cute too. I did not take a picture of them playing due to being distracted by their awesomeness.

After that, Scarlet Heroes, they were okay. Right after their performance I met Reira's sister, Aida for the very first time.

It was such a pleasure meeting her. While the MCs were talking there were these crazy guys standing next to us shouting the most random things at them. So Reira and I decided to join in as well.

The guy next to me in the picture, I think his name is Syafiq, managed to get up on stage right before SWS left and even got a shout out from Kellin Quinn. Me and Reira are still kicking ourselves for not sticking with them throughout the night.

Right before PTV came out me, Reira and Aida decided to go further front. Unfortunately, the moment they were up the moshing turned into pushing. We were being pushed to the front, left, right and back while trying hard not to fall down. A while later we managed to get out and to the back.

This was how far we got from the stage, only a few meters away from the "push pit" as I would call it. The first song they played was Hell Above, which I managed to take a short video of.

The shaky part was when I was headbanging. After that I was too busy enjoying the show.

I did manage to take this pretty clear picture of Vic Fuentes though. From what I can remember they played "Hell Above", "Disasterology", "Stay Away From My Friends", "Bulls In The Bronx", "Bulletproof Love", "Caraphernelia", "A Match Into Water", "Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides" and definitely "King For A Day". Everyone went crazy on that one. After they were done it was time for a break.

I think a few people left during the break but not many. I also got to know one of Aida's friends, Dexter.

Turns out he was in an accident the day before and his chin was busted up. Also it was my first time meeting someone with gauges in their ears. He is pretty hilarious.

Soon enough, SWS came up.

The four of us were standing right next to the sound people throughout the rest of the show.

Took this picture myself at the beginning of their performance. Kellin is just to die for.

Aida also helped me take this really clear picture of Kellin Quinn. I have heard most the songs from SWS but I have forgotten about them. However, I do remember "If You Can't Hang" and "If I'm James Dean You're Audrey Hepburn" which are also my favorite songs and they did play them that night. Everyone went crazy when they were playing those two songs, especially "If I'm James Dean You're Audrey Hepburn" since it was the last song for the night. The gig ended at 11pm.

After the entire gig I met up with Kevin again and parted with Reira and everyone else. We got ourselves some drinks and walked to the LRT station. Sadly it was already closed so we took a taxi to Jusco Maluri and parted ways.

The moment I got home I raved about the gig on Facebook and hopped into the shower.

This is what was left of my ticket which has been added to my mementos collection. It was definitely an epic night. The next three days my neck and shoulders were killing me but it was all worth it.

Cosplay Video Shooting by Underworld Runners Productions

Last Saturday, me and around 20 other cosplayers gathered at Lake Garden (Taman Tasik Perdana) to shoot a video for Underworld Runners Productions. The video is basically a short action film about two magician guys sitting at a park when they suddenly decided to play a game of ACG characters fighting against each other. The characters come to life in the real world and battle until the last one is defeated.

At 10am, me, Nat and Amiera headed to KL Sentral to pick up Kat (Afina). We then took a taxi to the destination but unfortunately the taxi driver kicked us out at the bird park instead. The guy was mean, he just told us to "get out". So we had to wait for the Director to pick us up and we walked a long way to the designated meet up point.

By the time we met up with everyone it was already 11am. I got to see Afiqah again! I went as an OC (Original Character).

After everyone introduced themselves they all went to change into costume.

Here's Afiqah, Nat and Amiera. Amiera was there to support us. Here's me and the directors of URP.

The guy with the military wear is Kazumi who was cosplaying as Ghost.

I randomly said that he looked like the guy behind the McDonald's Drive-Thru counter and it turns out I was right. Since then I called him McDonald's. In the video I end up killing him too. I also met Christopher who was cosplaying as Hibari. He will be my opponent team's "leader".

Here's Misschan and Momo Rex as Yuna White Mage and Predator.

Turns out Predator was also this guy from Comic Fiesta Day 1.

What a small world we live in! I also met Rin. She is so cool! She will be my teammate as well.

A while later Yuki arrived and I did his makeup. Yuki is a pure crossplayer but he's straight.

Here's Kii-chan, also an OC. She is such a nice person and also Yuki's friend.

Also met Reira who was Poison Ivy. I really love her cosplay.

Yuki reminds me of Mana-sama because they both avoid speaking when in crossdressing mode. A while later I met a wonderful photographer Forat who was there by coincidence and started having photograph sessions.

Here's Yuki pointing a gun at him. He is such an entertaining person.

Someone also snuck a shot a me while I was posing for the camera.

I also met Raika, a crossplayer who came as an OC as well. It was so nice to finally meet him. We also spotted each other in the LRT.

While me and Raika were chatting I decided to take a behind the scenes picture of the little photoshoot.

Also met Pang Di Jun who was Ichigo from Bleach and Eugene who was Tobi from Naruto. Here's me and Timothy (Keisuke), also an OC getting photobombed by troll face Yuki during our photoshoot.

Here's a picture edited by Keisuke.

Love my crazy expression. I think that it's really funny.

Then it was time for me and my team to shoot.

While they were shooting the last scene, all of us decided to sit down and chat. The guy in normal clothing is the main actor for the video and the blue cat creature is Kat as Nepeta.

After I finished shooting it was 6pm and Nat had to go home. So me, Nat, Amiera and Kat had to leave. It was sad that we could not stay for the last scene. Everyone looked like they were having so much fun!

I did not mention everyone as I did not catch their names or I did not talk to them. Nevertheless I already miss the new friends that I have made at this video shooting session.

After I got home I went out again to Kepong for dinner. When the day was over I was so tired.

So I decided to treat myself to a face mask.

And I spent the rest of the night editing the pictures that I took, adding everyone I met that day and chatting with them as well.

Le tired looking me in the middle of the night. Here are the nails I did for this event. Inspired by cherry blossoms.

I just realized that these nails are so Chinese New Year-esque. I guess I should have saved them for then but I guess now I know how to do my nails for CNY. Also, here are some pictures taken by Forat Shot. His photography is simply breathtakingly divine.

I simply adore this shot, it so cool.

And also this shot of Ichigo is marvelous.

This one if also fantastic.

Here's Angel. She was there to support the shooting. She is so adorable and shy.

I also adore this picture of Kii-chan. She is so awesome.

Also for some moe-ness. Here are some GL shots.

I really had so much fun that day. I hope to go for another one of these events again. Here is a little preview of the video.

There will be more pictures coming up from Forat Shot soon. If any of you want to book him please click his name and his number will be on his cover photo.
